The matter above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Judge in Chambers on 15.07.2016, when His Lordship was pleased to pass the following Order:

''Three weeks' time is granted to learned counsel for the petitioner to take fresh steps in respect of service of Respondent No. 2 failing which the special leave petition shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.''

It is submitted that respondent no. 1 is represented through Ms. Archana Pathak Dave, Advocate but no counter affidavit is filed so far. Special Leave Petition has been dismissed against respondent no. 2 for non-compliance of Court's Order dated 15.07.2016. However, counsel for the petitioner has on 22.08.2016 filed fresh particulars of respondent no. 2. Hence, show cause notice could not be issued for compliance of Hon'ble Judge in Chambers Order dated 15.07.2016 and SLP has already been dismissed against respondent no. 2. Cause title has been amended and included in the SLP paper books.

The matter above mentioned is listed before the Registrar Court with this office report.
