O R D E R Issue notice.

We were inclined to make an order of deposit of the entire amount in Court but Mr. Sorabjee says that it may be appropriate to call the other parties so as to find out if some other suitable modalities including a payment of some amounts to the respondents can be sorted out as an interim measure during the pendency of the proceedings.

In the meantime the direction that the amount be deposited by the end of this month, is stayed.
