It is submitted that initially the SLP is filed within time, but there is a delay of 23 days in refiling the SLP in CC.. No. 22932 of 2016 and counsel has filed application in this regard.

It is further submitted that Mr. Dhananjai Jain, Advocate has filed Caveat and Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 17 in both the matters. Mr. R.P. Mehrotra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama and Memo of Appearance on behalf of Respondent Nos. 26, 27 and 28 in both the matters.
