The applications for directions in the matter abovementioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 20.03.2017 with an office report dated 11.03.2017, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"The name of respondent No. 5 is deleted from the array of parties at the risk and responsibility of the petitioners. List the matter for final hearing after four weeks." There are total 7 Respondents in the matter

It is submitted that Mr. R. P. Mehrotra, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 4. Mr. S. R. Setia, Advocate has filed Vakalatnama/ Appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 6. As per tracking report, the notice has been served on Respondent No. 7 but no one has entered appearance on his behalf.

It is further submitted that in view of above orders name of Respondent No. 5 has been deleted from the array of parties and amended the Cause Title has been included in the Paper Books.

Service of show cause notice is complete.

The matter alongwith applications abovementioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
