It is submitted that neither AD Cards nor unserved covers containing notice have been received back in respect of proposed Lrs. 4(i)4(x) of deceased respondent no.4 so far.
Service of show cause notice is incomplete in respect of proposed Lrs. 4(i)4(x) of deceased respondent no.4.

It is submitted that no one has entered appearance on behalf of Respondent No. 2 so far.
It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner had taken fresh steps and fresh show cause notice has been issued to proposed Lrs. of deceased respondent no.1 on 21.10.2016 through Regd. AD post.
