It is submitted that the above mentioned Special Leave Petition is filed by M/S. Equity Lex Associates, on 27.05.2014 against the Judgment and Order dated 18.02.2014 of the High Court of Punjab and Haryana at Chandigarh in RSA No. 2352 of 2010.

It is further submitted that the instant matter is tagged with SLP (C) Nos. 14715-716 of 2014 Entitled Haryana Wakf Board Versus Harjinder Pal Singh & Ors. as both are arising out of common Order.

It is further submitted that M/S equity Lex Associates has on 21.07.2014 filed copy of Judgment dated 29.05.2009 in RA No. 1/2008 in SLP (C) NO. 363 of 2005 and copy of Execution No. 70/2012 in LA case No. 364 of 2004, Notification dated 12.09.2010 as per undertaking letter dated 27.05.2014 which is being circulated with this office report.

It is also submitted that Counsel for the petitioner has not furnished the copies of order dated 05.07.2002. In this regard, counsel has given a letter dated 24.07.2014 stating therein that the same are not necessary for the preliminary adjudication of the case and has undertaken to produce the same, if required by the Hon'ble Court and Counsel has requested to direct for listing of the matter at his own risk (Copy enclosed).

The matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
