The matters above mentioned have been filed by Dr. Kailash Chand, Advocate on behalf of Petitioner against the Judgments and Orders dated 7.10.2013, 17.10.2014 and 15.12.2014 of the High Court of Judicature of Andhra Pradesh at Hyderabad in Criminal petition Nos. 11292 of 2013, Crl. P.M.P. No. 12424 of 2014 and Crl. P.M.P. No. 16143 of 2014.
It is submitted that there is a delay of 506 days in filing special leave petition against Judgment and order dated 7.10.2013 in Crl.M.P. No.11292/2013, delay of 131 days in Judgment and order dated 17.10.2014 in Crl.M.P. No.12424/2014 and delay of 72 days in Judgment and order dated 15.12.2014 in Crl.M.P. No.16143/2014 respectively in filing the Special Leave Petition and counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for condonation of delay in filing the same.
It is further submitted as per information received from Sec-I B, counsel for the petitioner has stated in petition of Crl.M.P. No. 9552 of 2015 at Page 17 that the same petitioner has preferred Crl.M.P. No. 9552 of 2015 and the contents and nature of offences in Hyderabad F.I.R. and Mumbai F.I.R. are totally different although the parties are same. The Crl.M.P.No. 9552 of 2015 application for Condonation of delay in filing Special Leave Petition was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 6.7.2015 and is pending for hearing.
The Applications above mentioned are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
