The matters above mentioned alongwith SLP (Crl.)No. 5379 of 2015 were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 10th August, 2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"As prayed, liberty is granted to learned Senior counsel/learned counsel appearing for the respondents to file counter affidavit/Vakalatnama in the matters within a period of four weeks from today. List the matters after four weeks."

It is submitted that Mr. S. Udaya Kumar Sagar, Advocate has on 11th August, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.1/State of Telangana in SLP (Crl.)No. 5692 of 2015 but he has not filed Counter Affidavit, so far.

It is also submitted that Mrs. Sangeeta Kumar, Advocate has on 4th September, 2015 and 7th September, 2015 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance, respectively and Counter Affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 3, 6 & 7 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5690 of 2015 who is common Respondent Nos.2, 6 & 7 in SLP (Crl.)Nos. 5691 & 5692 of 2015. Copy of Counter Affidavit is circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Sanjeev Kumar, Advocate has on 8th September, 2015 filed Counter Affidavit on behalf of

Respondent No.4 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5690 of 2015 who is common Respondent No.3 in SLP (Crl.)Nos. 5691 & 5692 of 2015. Copy of Counter Affidavit is circulated herewith for kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court.

It is further submitted that Mr. Guntur Prabhakar, Advocate who is representing Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5690 of 2015 and Respondent No.1 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5691 of 2015 has not filed Counter Affidavit, so far.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete on all the Respondents in SLP (Crl.)Nos. 5690-5692 of 2015 but no one has entered Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of Respondent No.5 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5690 of 2015 who is also common Respondent No.5 in SLP (Crl.)Nos. 5691 & 5692 of 2015.
