"SLP(Crl.)...CRLMP No. 9829-9831/2015:-

Delay is condoned. Issue notice returnable after two weeks. Dasti service, in addition, is permitted. Liberty to serve the Standing Counsel for the State is granted. Tag these petitions with SLP (Crl.) No. 5379 of 2015."

Accordingly Show Cause Notice returnable on 10th August, 2015 was issued to all the nine Respondents through registered post A.D. as well as dasti through Counsel for the Petitioner on 4th August, 2015.

(Crl.)Nos. 5691-5692 of 2015.

It is submitted that Counsel for the Petitioners has on 3rd August, 2015 filed Affidavit of dasti service stating therein that notice has been served on Respondent No.3 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5690 of 2015 and common Respondent No.2 in SLP (Crl.)Nos.5691-5692 of 2015, Respondent No.5 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5690 of 2015 and common Respondent No.4 in SLP (Crl.)Nos. 5691-5692 of 2015, Respondent No.6 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5690 of 2015 and common Respondent No.5 in SLP (Crl.)Nos. 5691-5692 of 2015, Respondent No.7 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5690 of 2015 and common Respondent No.6 in SLP (Crl.)Nos. 5691-5692 of 2015 and Respondent No.1 in SLP (Crl.)No. 5692 of 2015 but no one has entered appearance on their behalf, so far.

It is further submitted that pursuant to the order quoted above, matters above mentioned have been tagged with SLP (Crl.)No. 5379 of 2015.

Service of Show Cause Notice is complete in SLP (Crl.)Nos. 5690-5692 of 2015.

The matters above-mentioned alongwith SLP (Crl.)No. 5379 of 2015 are listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
