This Special Leave Petition has been filed by Mr. Sajith P., Advocate on 07th November, 2015 against the Judgment and Order dated 08.04.2015 of the High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam in W.A. No. 651 of 2011.

It is submitted for information of the Hon'ble Court that two applications for condonation of delay in filing and refiling the Special leave petition have been filed. There is delay of 75 days in filing the Special Leave Petition and delay of 129 days in refiling the Special Leave Petition.

It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Civil Appeal No. 3491 of 2016 arising out of SLP (C) CC. No. 5884 of 2016 (Main matter C.A. No. 3490 of 2016) entitled MANAGER, KUNNAMANGALAM HIGHER SECONDARY SCHOOL & ORS. Vs. STATE OF KERALA & ORS. arising out of common order alongwith other connected matters, have taken up on board on mentioning, on 07.04.2016, when the Court granetd leave and granted stay of the impugned order of the High Court and same is pending (Copy of record of proceeding dated 07.04.2016 is enclosed herewith for the kind perusal of the Hon'ble Court).
