The argument advanced by learned senior counsel for the petitioner is that the High Court has passed the impugned order on completely incorrect facts. If that be so, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to file review petition on admissible grounds. This petition is, accordingly, dismissed with liberty to the
petitioner to file review petition and with further liberty to come back again to this Court to challenge the main order as also the order to be passed in review, if required.
Pending application(s) shall also stand disposed of.
