UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
The question that arises for consideration in this case is 1. whether the petitioner has acquired the statutory right to seek default bail on the ground that an incomplete chargesheet was filed within the stipulated period, without the CRCL Report.
It is not in dispute that various cases including SLP(Crl.) 2. Nos.8164-8166/2021 involving same point are pending consideration atur<mark>e N</mark>ot Verif The petitioner is in custody for more than 2 years and 2 months.

3. List this petition along with SLP(Crl.) Nos.8164-8166/2021.
4. Meanwhile, the petitioner is directed to be released on interim bail subject to his furnishing bail bonds to the satisfaction of the Trial Court. Having regard to the antecedents of the petitioner, the respondent shall be at liberty to seek cancellation of the interim bail in case the petitioner is found to have misused such concession.
