UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as also learned Additional Solicitor General for the respondent. The main question urged in the petition in any event Digitally signed by Rajni Mukhi Date: 2023.04.17 17:20:16 IST Reason: Signature Not Verified
will have to be considered alongwith the batch of matters which
are pending before this Court. For the present, we take note that even though the issue of default bail/statutory bail will arise for consideration as the main question for being decided, for the present, without reference to the same we take note the length of incarceration and also the fact that the proceedings will remain pending in view of the main question yet to be decided by this Court. Therefore in that circumstance, we direct that the petitioner be released on bail subject to appropriate conditions being imposed by the trial court.
