UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Application for exemption from filing certified copy
of the impugned judgment is allowed.
Issue notice.
Mr. K.Parameshwar, learned counsel accepts notice on
behalf of respondent No.2, on caveat.
In the meantime, the contempt proceedings being Contempt Case No.2245 of 2015 initiated by the respondents shall remain stayed.
Mr. Dushyant Dave, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners will deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) in the Registry of this Court towards the cost of litigation to be payable to the respondents within two weeks from today.
