It is submitted that the matter abovementioned was listed before the Ld. Registrar Court and Hon'ble Judge in Chamber but counsel for the petitioner has not taken fresh steps for the service of unserved Respondent Nos.1, 3 & 6 so far.

It is further submitted that SLP dismissed qua Respondent No. 8 vide Hon'ble Court (In Chamber) order dated 25.02.2016 as counsel for the petitioner had not cured the defects of the application for substitution.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 01.09.2015 filed an application for correcting description of Respondent No. 1 and the same is registered as I.A. No. 5.

The office report on default along with application in the matter is listed before the Hon'ble Court (In Chamber).
