Ld. Counsel for the appellant shall file the statement of case within a period of 45 days. He shall provide a copy thereof to the Ld. Counsel for the respondents shall file the statement of case within a period of 35 days thereafter."

It is submitted that respondent No. 1 is common in both the appeals and is represented through Mr. K.V. Mohan, Advocate and he has also filed counter affidavit earlier. Certificate of service in respect of Respondent Nos. 3 has been received but no one has entered appearance so far. Certificate of service in respect of Respondent No. 8 is still awaited from the Appellate Tribunal.

CIVIL APPEAL NO. 5876 OF 2011

It is submitted that counsel for the appellant has on 20.11.2014 filed statement of case in both the appeals but counsel for the respondents has not filed statement of case so far.

Service is complete in this matter.
