Item No.110 -2- So far as CA No.6647/2010 is concerned, appellant and Registry have to verify the status of respondent No.8. Dasti notice is to be issued only if he is not served not otherwise, In rest of the appeals, call for the certificate of service from the concerned Authority. List again on 5.9.2012.
