UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following

The ld. Counsel for the appellant in Civil Appeal Nos.

4629/09,5200/09,6005/2010,6009/2010,7164/2010,4112-4113/09, 6289/09,6647/2010,2505/2011,3776/2011,47/2010 are present. CIVIL APPEAL NO.6005/2010

The ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that he has already filed affidavit with proof of service against respondent Nos. 2 and 13 whereas office report says that proof of service is not filed. Office to verify the same and submit. CIVIL APPEAL NO.6009-6010/2010

Though the ld. Counsel for the appellant prays for four more weeks' time to file proof of dasti service, since sufficient time has already been granted, the said request cannot be considered. List before the Hon'ble Judge in Chamber for not filing dasti proof with respect to respondent Nos. 6 and 18.

CIVIL APPEAL NO.7164/2010

The ld. Counsel for the appellant submits that he has filed affidavit with proof of dasti service against respondent No. 13 on 29.7.2011. Office to verify.
