UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Learned counsel for petitioners shall take fresh steps in respect of respondent nos. 1(i) to $1(v)$ , 4(1) to 4(iv), 20(i) to 20(iv), 17 and 27 within two weeks' time.

Notice issued to respondent nos. 2(iii), 2(iv), 7(i), 7(ii), $9(i)$ to $9(iv)$ , 16, 22, 36 to 40, 43, 45, 46, 47, 56, 64 to 67 have been received back undelivered. Hence, learned counsel for petitioners shall furnish fresh particulars of these respondents and also take fresh steps in respect of these respondents within a period of four weeks'.

Issue fresh notice of alternative arrangement to respondent nos. 49, 50, 51, 53, 54, 59 to 62.

In respect of other respondents, service is complete. List again on 07.01.2019.
