Delay condoned.
As per the policy of the State Government itself, after the petitioner - prisoner has completed the sentence of sixteen years, he is entitled to be considered for release on bail.
We direct the State of Uttar Pradesh to take a decision in the case of the petitioner in accordance with the State Policy. The decision shall be taken within a period of four weeks from today and copy of the decision shall be furnished to the Court on the $\mathbf{A}^{\text{L}}_{\text{R}}$
