Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent Nos. 1 to 9, 11 and 12.

It is submitted that show cause notice was issued on 15th May, 2014 to all the fourteen respondents by Regd. A.D. Post. A.D. Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent Nos. 1 to 4 and 6 to 14.

Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent Nos. 1 to 3 and 5 to 10.

Card nor unserved cover containing the notice has been received back from respondent Nos. 2, 11, 12 and 21.

It is further submitted that Mr. Piyush Sharma, Advocate has on 2nd July, 2014 filed Vakalatnama/Appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 8 and 9 but has not filed counter affidavit so far.
