UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Petitioner's RFA No.342/2010 has been directed to be listed for admission before the learned single Judge of the High Court of Delhi on 25/8/2010. It is tenant's appeal against the order of eviction passed against it. On an application being filed by the petitioner for grant of stay the same was refused on the ground that the trial Court had already granted interim stay to the petitioner for a period of two months.

We have been given to understand that the High Court of Delhi is also having its summer vacation from today and will be reopening on 1st July 2010.

In the peculiar facts and circumstances of the case, we direct that the execution of the eviction decree shall be kept in abeyance till 10th July, 2010. High Court of Delhi is requested to take up the matter for admission in the week commencing 5th July, 2010.

With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
