It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that Special Leave Petition (C) No. 2031 of 2015 arising out of same judgment is an "After Notice" matter and pending before the Hon'ble Court (Copy of the order dated 22.01.2015 is included at page No. 235 as Annexure P16 in the SLP paper books).

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed an application for substitution of Lrs of deceased petitioner No. 14 which is barred by time by 5881 days and he has also filed application for condonation of delay in filing substitution of Lrs of deceased petitioner No. 14. Both the applications have been registered as I.A. Nos. 6 and 7 respectively and the same have been included in the paper books.

It is lastly submitted that counsel for the petitioner has filed application for deletion of proforma respondent Nos. 5 to 15 from the array of parties and additional documents with application for permission to file additional documents & exemption from filing official translation and the same are being circulated before the Hon'ble Court with this report.
