UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R Pursuant to order dated 22nd February, 2010, we make it clear that the Election Commission will give it's decision on the preliminary point ...2/- - 2 concerning maintainability of the complaint dated 15th July, 2009, relating to symbols and statues. We are informed that the matter has been argued threadbare on the aspect of maintainability on 7th

April, 2010. If, on the question of maintainability, the Election Commission wants further hearing, notice may be given. However, the decision shall be given by the Election Commission within a period of three months.
