Heard Mr. Shivam Singh, learned counsel for the State.
The State shall file an affidavit indicating:
- (a) What was the quantity of paddy procured during the season 2014-2015?;
- (b) At what value was the paddy procured?;
- (c) How much of money was made over to the farmers for such procurement; and
- (d) How much of money "PACS were entitled to for extending their services or by way of commission; and how much of money according to the State is still due to be made over to the PACS"?
List these matters on 29.07.2019.
