UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following $0 R D E R$

The present writ petition has been filed questioning the
elections of the Trust (Mahatashtra Amateur Gymnastic Association)
which was published on 29.04.2022 and as per the election programme, submission of nomination forms are over and the date of voting is 04.06.2022, i.e. tomorrow.

SignatureNot Verified Learned Counsel for the petitioners has tried to persuade that terms of letter dated 06.05.2022, certain persons, who are otherwise not eligible, are also permitted to cast vote.

We are not inclined to express any opinion at this stage.

However, after the election process is over and if the petitioners have any grievance in reference to the pre/post election process, they are at liberty to avail remedy available under the law in an appropriate proceeding.

The writ petition is without substance and is, accordingly, dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, shall stand disposed of.
