This Court has heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. In view of averments made in the application, the prayer made in paragraph 5 (i) deserves to the granted. Hence, the application succeeds. The prayer claimed in paragraph 5 (i) is granted. The application accordingly stands disposed of.
