It is submitted that Review Petition in the appeal above mentioned was listed before the Hon'ble Court on 19.08.2015, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:-

"Delay condoned. Issue notice returnable within four weeks. Reply be filed within six weeks from today. We clarify that no further time shall be granted for this purpose. Rejoinder, if any, be filed within two weeks' hence. List on 17th November, 2015. Status quo as regards possession and title, as obtained today, be continued till the next date of hearing."

It is further submitted that as directed above notice returnable for 17.11.2015 was issued to all the 5 respondents on 27.08.2015. Ms. Rachana Srivastava, Advocate for Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 has on 28.10.2015 filed reply affidavit on behalf of Respondent Nos. 2 & 3 and the same has been included in Review Petition Paper Books.

It is further submitted that M/s. V.K. Verma and Saharya & Co., Advocates for the respondent nos. 1 & 5 has not filed reply so far.

It is further submitted that service is already complete at appeal stage. Respondent No.1 (2 to 4) and 5 are represented by Mr. V.K. Verma, Ms. Rachana Srivastava and M/s. Saharya & Co., Advocates respectively.

The Review Petition above mentioned are listed before Hon'ble Court with this office report.
