We have heard Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner as well as the Counsel appearing for the Respondents. It is beyond cavil that in the present case the Award has not been passed till date. Secondly, the Applicant has not filed any Application under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. This case therefore, is dissimilar to the other Appeals which were decided by us in terms of Order dated 26th February, 2015. The Review Petition is accordingly allowed. The Appeal is restored to its original number. Let the Appeal be listed for fresh consideration before another Bench in the month of January, 2016.
