Heard learned counsel for parties.

Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, Petition No. 104/2023, titled as "Yogesh Sharma vs. Nikita Kaushik" pending before the Family Court No. 1, Jaipur Metropolitan, Rajasthan is transferred to the Court of Principal Judge Family Court, Dwarka, District Court, South West District, Delhi.

The transferor Court shall forthwith transmit the entire record relating to the aforesaid case to the transferee Court for deciding the case in accordance with law.

Liberty is granted to the respondent/husband to appear through video conferencing.

The transfer petition is allowed accordingly.
