It is submitted for the information of the Hon'ble Court that there are four respondents in the instant matters. Mr. Nishant R. Katneshwarkar, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 and 2 Mr. Siddhartha Jha, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance and counteraffidavit on behalf of respondent No. 3. Counteraffidavits have been included in the paperbooks. Mr. Sudhanshu S. Choudhari, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 4 but he has not filed counteraffidavit so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 18.01.2017 filed additional documents alongwith an application for permission to file additional documents which is registered as I. A. Nos. 67 and the same is being circulated before the Hon'ble Court.
