Accordingly, show cause notice was issued to all the four respondents on 21.07.2016 by registered A. D. post. Respondent Nos. 1 to 3 are common in both the SLPs. Mr. Siddhartha Jha, Advocate has filed vakalatnama/appearance on behalf of respondent No. 3 but no counteraffidavit has been filed so far. Neither A. D. cards nor unserved covers have been received back from respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 4 so far.
