UPON hearing counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

Appeal is admitted limited to the order passed in paragraph 61(1) of the impugned judgment, at this stage. We are passing this order of partial admission of the appeal as, in our opinion, during the pendency of the remand, both the sides are sufficiently protected. We direct the Competition Commission of India to decide the penalty within a period of three months from today. In the event, any penalty is fixed by the Competition Commission of India, the same shall be subject to the result of the present appeal.
