It is submitted that the matter above mentioned has been filed under Section 53-T of the Competition Act, 2002 against the Judgment and Order dated 20th December, 2013 passed by the Competition Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi in Appeal No. 46 of 2012 arising out of the order datd 24th February, 2012 in Case No. 3 of 2011.

It is further submitted that there is delay of 15 days in refiling the appeal and the same was condoned by Additional Registrar (1-B) on 02.04.2014

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal No. 3546 of 2014 arising out of common order was admitted by this Hon'ble Court on 11.03.2014. (Copy of Record of Proceeding dated 11.03.2014 is enclosed herewith).

It is further submitted that Civil Appeal Nos 53-55 of 2014 filed against order dated 29.10.2013 in AN No. 79 of 2012 referred to on page 61 para 57 is pending and Court has directed to issue notice on 11.3.2014.(Copy of record of proceeding dated 11.3.2014 is enclosed herewith)

It is lastly submitted that matter is listed alongwith Civil Appeal No. 4280 of 2014 as both are arising out of common order.

The matter above-mentioned is listed before the Hon'ble Court with this office report.
