The Civil Appeals above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 21st April, 2014, when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"Delay condoned.

Appeals are admitted limited to the order passed in paragraph 61(1) of the impugned judgment, at this stage. We are passing this order of partial admission of the appeals as, in our opinion, during the pendency of the remand both the sides are sufficiently protected. We direct the Competition Commission of India to decide the penalty within a period of three months from today. In the event, any penalty is fixed by the Competition Commission of India, the same shall be subject to the result of the present appeals."

Accrodingly common Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal was issued to both the respondents in the matters through Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

It is submitted common RespondentNo. 2 is represented through Mr. Arjun Krishnan, Advocate. Certificate of service in respect of common Respondent No. 1 and original record of the matters is stil awaited from the Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

The service of Notice of lodgment of Petition of Appeal is not complete.

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Arjun Krishnan, Advocate for the Respondent No. 2 has filed applications for extension of time and the same has been registered as I.A. No. 4 of 2014 in each matter. Copies of the I.A. No. 4 have been placed with main respective appeal paper book.

CIVIL APPEAL NOS. 4342 AND 4868 OF 2014 Accrodingly common Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal was issued to sole respondent in both the matters through Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.

It is submitted common sole Respondent is represented through Mr. Arjun Krishnan, Advocate. Original record of the matters is still awaited from the Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi.
