The matters above mentioned were listed before the Hon'ble Court on 07th May, 2014, when the court was pleased to pass the following Order was:

"Delay condoned.

Appeals are admitted limited to the order passed in paragraph 61(1) of the impugned judgment, at this stage.

We are passing this order of partial admission of the appeals as, in our opinion, during the pendency of the remand, both the sides are sufficiently protected.

We direct the Competition commission of India to decide the penalty within a period of three months from today.

In the event, any penalty is fixed by the competition Commission of India, the same shall be subject to the result of the present appeals.

The matters above mentioned were lastly listed before the Registrar Court on 08th December, 2016, when the following Order was passed:

"Ld. Counsel for the appellant has filed a letter requesting for dasti notice to the respondent No. 1. As prayed for, dasti notice be given to the Appellant to serve upon the respondent No. 1.

Ld. Counsel for the appellant shall file the proof of dasti within four weeks thereafter. List the matter again on 24.01.2017. "

Accordingly, dasti Notice of Lodgment of Petition of Appeal was issued to the counsel for the appellant and counsel for the appellant has on 02.01.2017 filed affidavit of proof of dasti service in respect of common respondent No. 1 in all the matters but no one has entered appearance so far.

It is further submitted that common respondent no. 2 has been represented through Mr. Arjun Krishnan, Advocate and he has on 26.10.2015 filed statement of case in all the matters. Counsel for the appellant has not filed statement of case so far.

Service of Notice of Lodgement of Petition of Appeal in the matters is complete.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court for pre- final hearing with this office report.
