Issue notice on the special leave petition as also on the application for condonation of delay." Accordingly, show cause notice to all the seven respondents was issued on 26.09.2012 by registered A. D. Post. Respondent No. 2 who is also Power of Attorney holder of respondent nos. 1, 3, 4 and 5 is represented through Ms. Shalu Sharma, Advocate. Counter affidavit filed on behalf of respondent no. 2 has been included in the paper books.

It is further submitted that names of respondent nos. 6 and 7 have been deleted from the array of parties at the risk of the petitioner vide orders of Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers dated 15.07.2013 passed in I. A. No. 4.
