We are not inclined to interfere with the order passed by the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.

The special leave petition is accordingly dismissed. However, we are of the opinion that it is not appropriate for the National Commission to have used such strong expressions against the petitioner as it has been done in its order. These are therefore
