Learned counsel submits that respondent no.1 is Union of India and there is an office objection about non-service of respondent no.1 i.e. the Union of India. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner be permitted to serve the respondent no.1 i.e. i.e. the Union of India through the learned panel counsel representing the Union of India.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to serve the respondent no.1 i.e. the Union of India through the counsel representing the Union of India and to place on record the affidavit of service within two weeks.
