The matters above mentioned were listed before the Ld. Registrar Court on 20th July, 2016, when the following order was passed:-

"The respondent Nos. 2,5 & 6 have already filed the counter affidavit. Service of notice is complete on the respondent Nos. 3,4 & 9, but no one has entered appearance on their behalf.

Four weeks time as last chance is given to the Ld. Counsel for the appellant to comply with the terms of the Order dated 26.04.2016 of this Court in respect of the respondent Nos. 1,7,8,10 & 11.

List the matter again on 31.08.2016."

Pursuant to the above order – as regards service of notice on respondent Nos.1,7,8,10,11, it is submitted that A.D. card duly signed from Respondent No.8 has been received back. Service is complete on respondent no.8. In respect of respondent nos.10-11 in whose connection unserved envelopes had been received back with remarks "No such person of this name has been found" counsel for the appellant has on 29.8.2016 filed an application for deletion of names of respondent Nos. 10-11 from array of parties which has been registered as I.A. Nos. 10-11 of 2016 and the same shall be listed

before Hon'ble Judge-in-Chambers.

In respect of unserved respondent nos.1 and 7, counsel for the appellant has on 28.7.2016 filed spare copies of the petition. Orders are solicited for issuance of fresh notice to respondent nos.1 and 7.

Remaining respondent Nos. 2 to 6 are represented through Mr. M.R. Shamshad, Advocate and he has also filed counter affidavit and A.D. card duly signed from respondent No. 9 has already been received back.

The matters above-mentioned are listed before the Ld. Registrar Court with this office report.
