UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioners points out that they were not given any notice from the High Court, though the orders passed by the High Court adversely affect them. If that be so, it is for the petitioners to file a review application before the High Court.
In view of the above, we permit the petitioners to withdraw Special Leave Petition so as to approach the High Court by way $\frac{1}{\mathbf{r}}$ a review application.
We make it clear that in case the petitioners take recourse to such a step before the High Court within 30 days from today, the same may not be dismissed on the ground of delay.
