Respondent $(s)$
Rejoinder, if any, be filed within a week thereafter.
It is informed by learned counsel for the petitioners that the Union of India has also preferred the Special Leave petition (C) D. No.17329/2020 but there was an inordinate delay in preferring the special leave petition and the Government sought time to file a better affidavit to explain the delay. That was on 04th March, 2021 but such a better affidavit has not seen the light of the day.
Learned Additional Solicitor General would like to take necessary steps in those proceedings also.
List Special Leave Petition (C) D.No.17329/2020 with the present Special leave petitions on a non-miscellaneous Tuesday in the month of November, 2021 for disposal.
