UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R

IA No.93586/2020-CONDONATION OF DELAY IN FILING

Once again the reference is made to the judgment in Collector 🎌 dd Acquisition Anantnag & Anr. v. Mst. Katiji & Ors. - 1987 (2) 🚟 🖫 c 107 to contend that the delay of 284 days should be condoned. We have repeatedly said that the said judgment relates to a time period when technology was not available and the Government must

explain the delay in the conspectus of the judgment of this Court in

the Office of the Chief Post Master General & Ors. v. Living Media India Ltd. & Anr.- 2012 (3) SCC 563.

In view thereof, we dismiss the application.

At request of learned counsel for the petitioner(s) we grant time to file a proper application within two weeks.
