Four weeks time is granted to the to the learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 in SLP(C) No. 16510/2015 to file the counter affidavit. In respect of other respondents service is awaited in SLP(C) Nos. 16510 and 16512/2015.

Mr. Ankit, Ld. Counsel has appeared on behalf of Mr. Ajay Choudhary, Ld. Advocate-on-Record and undertakes to file the vakalatnama and memo of appearance on behalf of the State of Rajasthan in all the matters. He shall file the vakalatnama within a period of two weeks. Counter affidavit, if any be filed within a period of four weeks thereafter. In SLP(C) Nos. 16509,16316,16511 and 16513/2015 await service in respect of all other respondents.
