It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has on 25.05.2015 filed additional documents (Vol.II) with application for exemption from filing Official Translation alongwith affidavit in CC No. 9733 of 2015 after permission of the Hon'ble Court, Copy of which is circulated with this office report.

It is further submitted that SLP (C)No. 16316 of 2015 and CC Nos. 9870, 9787, 9869 and 9900 Of 2015 and instant matter are arising out of same Judgment, hence the SLP (C)No. 16316 of 2015 and CC Nos. 9870, 9787, 9869 and 9900 Of 2015 are tagged with CC No. 9733 of 2015.

It is submitted that the matters above mentioned were mentioned before the Hon'ble Court on 25.05.2015 when the Court was pleased to pass the following order:

"List the matters on Wednesday, 27.05.2015. Additional documents, if any, may be filed in the meantime."

It is lastly submitted that Mr. Vikas Mehta counsel for the petitioner has filed on 26.05.2015 in CC No. 9787 of 2015 affidavit of urgency which is circulated with this office report.
