"Most of the respondents have filed their counter affidavits. Those who have not done so may do the needful within four weeks finally. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter. List these matters again for final hearing on a non-miscellaneous day after eight weeks."

It is further submitted that the instant writ petition is a fresh/adjourned matter.
