"Most of the respondents have filed their counter affidavits. Those who have not done so may do the needful within four weeks finally. Rejoinder affidavit, if any, be filed within four weeks thereafter. List these matters again for final hearing on a nonmiscellaneous day after eight weeks."

It is submitted that Mr. H.S. Parihar, Advocate has not filed counter affidavit on behalf of respondent No.7 in SLP(C) No. 11801/2016 so far.

It is further submitted that counsel for the petitioner has not filed rejoinder affidavit in any of the matter so far.

Service is not complete on respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 11 in SLP(C) No.16316/2015, respondent No. 11 in SLP(C) No.20882/2015 and respondent No.5 in LP(C) No.11801/2016.
