Parihar and Shrish Kumar Mishra, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 5 to 8, 2, 3 and 10 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit. Neither AD Card nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 4, 9, 11 to 13 so far.

SLP (C) No. 16316/2015

It is further submitted that twelve respondents in the matter abovementioned. M/s. Ajay Choudhary and Neeraj Kuamr Sharma, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 2, 6 to 9 and 3 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit. AD Cards duly signed have been received in respect of respondent Nos. 5, 10 and 12 but no one has entered appearance. Neither AD Cards nor unserved covers have been received back in respect of respondent Nos. 1, 4 and 11 so far.

SLP (C) No. 16510/2015

It is further submitted that There are thirteen respondents in the matter abovementioned. M/s. Ajay Choudhary, D.S. Mahra and H.S. Parihar, Advocates have entered appearance on behalf of respondent Nos. 1, 5 to 8, 2 and 3 respectively but they have not filed counter affidavit. AD Cards duly signed have been received in respect of respondent Nos. 9 and 10 but no one has entered appearance.
