CIVIL APPEAL NO. 1773 OF 2004
CHATTISGARH STATE
ELECTRICITY BOARD .. APPELLANT
vs.
CHHATISGARH VIDYUT MANDAL S.K.SANGH & ORS. .. RESPONDENTS
O R D E R
A very innocuous order has been passed by the High Court on 5.9.2001 stating that the appellant shall be paid in terms of the Vth Pay Commission Report. Pay Commission's report has been accepted all over the country. Therefore there is no reason why the payment should not be made in terms of the recommendation of the Vth Pay Commission. We do not find any illegality in the order so as to want any interference by this Court.
The appeal is dismissed accordingly.
