UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following O R D E R
Though a letter of adjournment has been circulated. Mr. Singh, learned senior counsel appearing for the Election Commission of somaTenchia submits that the petition itself has become infructuous as Date: 2004-08.14<br>16.56a th<br>Reason the Shivajinagar Constituency in Bengaluru North has been completed and the petitioners' names were included in the electoral roll before the voting was held.
In such circumstances, we do not find any reason to keep this petition pending as the basic grievance of the petitioners appears to have been redressed. The present petition stands dismissed having become infructuous.
